METHOD FOR OBTAINING TRAFFIC INFORMATION BY USING ACCOUNTING INFORMATION ON A MOBILE TERMINAL, CONCERNED WITH OBTAINING TRAFFIC SITUATIONS ON THE ROAD IN REAL TIME

PURPOSE: A method for obtaining traffic information by using accounting information on a mobile terminal is provided to obtain an ID of a mobile terminal from accounting information on a highway road, and to track a mobile time between base stations of the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A system decides whether a user of a mobile terminal attempts calling(S61). If so, the system transmits various CDRs(Call Data Records) to an MSC, so that the MSC can register position information on the terminal in an HLR(S62). A terminal ID is extracted through the position information(S63), to track the terminal(S65). The system perceives a mobile time between base stations of the terminal in real time according to the position information(S66). When a setup is performed with other base station, the system completes the tracking of the terminal(S67).
