PURPOSE: A dielectric resonator device, a communication filter, and a communication device for mobile communication base station are provided to improve a cut-off characteristic of a band-pass filter used as the communication filter. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric resonator device includes at least two adjacent dielectric resonators(R23,R45), each resonating in at least a first and a second resonant mode and adjacent to each other, and a partitioning plate(20) partitioning the two adjacent dielectric resonators. The first resonant mode and the second resonant mode have respective magnetic loops which are orthogonal to each other. The partitioning plate includes a slit-shape opening(S) having a longitudinal direction along with a direction of a magnetic loop of the first resonant mode of the at least two adjacent dielectric resonators. A conductor loop includes in the partitioning plate includes a first conductor loop portion(21a) and a second conductor loop portion(21b). The first conductor loop portion is coupled to the second resonant mode one dielectric resonator and the second conductor loop portion is coupled to the second resonant mode of the other dielectric resonator.
