RESIN COMPOSITION FOR OPTICAL FILM COMPRISING SPECIFIC COPOLYMER COMPRISING ALPHA-OLEFIN RESIDUE AND N-PHENYL-SUBSTITUTED MALEIMIDE RESIDUE AND SPECIFIC ACRYLONITRILE-STYRENE-BASED COPOLYMER, OPTICAL FILM PREPARED FROM THE COMPOSITION, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF, AND PHASE DIFFERENCE FILM COMPRISING THE OPTICAL FILM
PURPOSE: Provided are a resin composition for an optical film which has excellent heat resistance and dynamic characteristics, an optical film prepared from the composition which has negative birefringence, its preparation method, and a phase difference film comprising the optical film. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises 30-95 wt% of a copolymer which comprises an -olefin residue unit represented by the formula (i) and an N-phenyl-substituted maleimide residue unit represented by the formula (ii) and has a standard polystyrene reduced weight average molecular weight of 5x10¬3 to 5x10¬6; and 5-70 wt% of a copolymer which is at least one kind of acrylonitrile-styrene-based copolymer selected from an acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer and an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, and has a standard polystyrene reduced weight average molecular weight of 5x10¬3 to 5x10¬6 and a weight ratio of an acrylonitrile residue unit to a styrene residue unit of 20:80 to 35:65. In the formulas i and ii, R1, R2 and R3 are independently H or a C1-C6 alkyl group; R4 and R5 are independently H or a linear or branched C1-C8 alkyl group; and R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 are independently H, a halogen atom, a carboxyl group, a carboxylate group, OH, a cyano group, a nitro group or a linear or branched C1-C8 alkyl group.
