PURPOSE: An urgent action notifying method using a mobile communication is provided to quickly and accurately grasp a position of a client in an emergency situation and notify personnel for moving-out of going into action immediately. CONSTITUTION: A central control server system is constructed to control transmission/reception of information(S10). A member information database is constructed to store information including the name, the age, and the mobile phone number of a member(S20). A position information database is constructed to store a current position and time of the member(S30). A protection state is initiated to manage the current place and time of the member(S40). The central control server system receives an emergency signal from a mobile communication device of the member(S50). The central control server system transmits basic information and position information of the member to a mobile communication device of a personnel for moving-out(S60).
