SKI TRAINING MACHINE ENABLING PEOPLE TO ENJOY THE SKI INDOORS IN EVERY SEASON BY OPERATING A SKI PLATE IN THE SAME WAY AS ACTUAL SKIING

PURPOSE: A ski training machine is provided to enjoy the ski indoors in every season, to offer such an interest and a moving effect as when actually skiing, by operating a ski plate in the same way as actual skiing, and also to offer a body training effect, like cardiovascular endurance, articulation and muscle strengthening, and posture reform. CONSTITUTION: The ski training machine, i.e. body swing trainer, includes; a support bar(1), fixing the machine; a pair of right and left ski plates(3), connected with the support bar(1) through a rotation axis(2) of the ski plates(3); a foot plate(4), attached to the end of the ski plates(3) so that a user, who exercises the skiing, can put his/her foot thereon; a grip(5), making the body balance kept, when he/she is in motion; and a compressing cylinder and a fixing axis which are arranged under the ski plates(3) so as to apply the constant force when the ski plates(3) are operated right and left.
