Purpose: a polishing of a tool grinder, which is provided to, accurately grinds a tool, by the angle for freely controlling a grinding motor and a tool coupling unit. Construction: grinding motor (13) is moved up and down by a motor lift unit (14). One perpendicular disk (11) is formed in grinding motor. One horizontal disk (12) is formed in motor lift unit. The angle for grinding motor is controlled by vertical and horizontal disk in all directions. By adjusting device (18a, 18b) a tool coupling unit (17) move forward/backward and right/left. One perpendicular disk (11) is formed in tool coupling unit. One horizontal disk (12) is formed in adjustment device. The angle of tool coupling unit is controlled by vertical and horizontal disk in all directions.
