METHOD FOR MANAGING SHOPPING LIST IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL WHICH DISPLAYS PURCHASED ARTICLES ON SHOPPING LIST MADE BY A USER

PURPOSE: A method for managing a shopping list in a mobile communication terminal is provided to prepare a shopping list to be purchased by a user in a mobile communication terminal, and to scan bar code information of an item or to input the information by the user to display the purchased item in the shopping list, thereby increasing user convenience. CONSTITUTION: If a user selects a shopping function(S300), a mobile communication terminal displays a shopping list preparing screen. If the user inputs items to be shopped, the terminal stores the inputted items in a shopping list(S302). The user selects whether to scan bar code information of the item or to directly input the bar code information(S304). If the user selects the scanning of the bar code information, the terminal scans the bar code information through a camera(S306). The terminal confirms whether the bar code information exists(S310). If so, the terminal displays information on the corresponding item on the screen(S312). If the user selects a purchased item from the shopping list(S318), the terminal displays the item while storing the item in a memory(S320). The terminal displays a sum of the cost of the item(S322).
