PURPOSE: A method for preparing a functional polyurethane memory form bedding and a functional polyurethane memory form bedding prepared by the method are provided, to allow the functional materials radiating far infrared rays or anions or emitting perfume to be contained uniformly in the memory form without the deterioration of elasticity and restoring force. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing polyether polyol and isocyanate with 0.5-50 wt% of a functional powered material; foaming and molding the mixture at a rotating mold; and maturing and drying the molded one to prepare a polyurethane memory form bedding. Preferably the functional powered material is at least one selected from the group consisting of solid or liquid materials radiating a far infrared ray or an anion or emitting perfume such as ceramic, elvan, illite, feldspar, carbon, charcoal, tourmaline, herb medicine materials, etc.
