GEAR PUMP PROTECTING DRIVING MOTOR AND REDUCTION GEAR WHEN ALIEN SUBSTANCES ARE STUCK IN PUMPING GEAR

PURPOSE: A gear pump is provided to protect a driving motor and gears by slipping a driving gear and a reduction gear by a tension part of the reduction gear when alien substances are stuck in a pumping gear. CONSTITUTION: A case(10) has a pumping chamber(11) at an upper part and an electromotive chamber(12) at a lower part, and a suction port(13) and a discharge port(14) communicated with the pumping chamber. A first pumping gear(20) and a second pumping gear(30) are combined with each other inside the case, transmitting a fluid flowed from the suction port to the discharge port. A driving motor(40) is combined with the lower part of the case for providing driving force. A driving gear(50) is combined with an end of the driving motor, installed in the electromotive chamber. A reduction gear(60) is combined with the driving gear, having a tension part installed coaxially with the first pumping gear.
