PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to effectively prevent that the settling tank and various pipes are clogged by the granulated slag is being accumulated in the settling tank for collecting belt conveyor rinsing water. CONSTITUTION: In a granulated slag conveyance line comprising belt conveyors(110,130) for conveying granulated slag(100), and a settling tank(170) in which rinsing water(150) for cleaning the belt conveyor(110) and containing granulated slag particulate is stored, the apparatus(1) comprises blowing dampers a plurality of which are sequentially arranged on both side wall surfaces of the settling tank in such a manner that angle of the blowing dampers is adjustable to block accumulation of granulated slag on the wall surface of the settling tank by injecting air into the settling tank; and blades(30) sequentially arranged on a chain conveyor(34) moved by an endless track along a discharge way(32) extended to the side of the settling tank and the belt conveyor(130) to remove granulated slag accumulated on the bottom of the settling tank.
