GUIDE BOARD AND INDICATION BOARD USING PHOSPHORESCENT PORCELAIN ENAMEL, IN WHICH PHOSPHORESCENT PIGMENT AND PORCELAIN ENAMEL ARE MIXED

PURPOSE: A guide board and an indication board using phosphorescent porcelain enamel are provided to identify pictures or characters on the guide board and the indication board at night by using a mixture of phosphorescent pigments and porcelain enamel. CONSTITUTION: Alien substances are removed from surfaces of an aluminum plate, a steel plate, a copper plate, and an alloy plate. A preprocess is performed after the alien substances are removed. Phosphorescent pigments are mixed with porcelain enamel according to a predetermined ratio in order to form a mixture. A desired pattern is formed on the surfaces of the aluminum plate, the steel plate, the copper plate, and the alloy plate by using the mixture, a sprayer, a screen, and a brush.
