PURPOSE: A rubber molded product for controlling humidity and a member for controlling humidity using the molded product are provided, to allow the humidity of the space under the floor or on the ground to be maintained to be within a certain range with a low cost. CONSTITUTION: The rubber molded product comprises a rubber composition comprising a rubber free from sulfur and 40-90 wt% of an absorbent polymer, and its surface is uneven. Preferably the rubber composition has a Mooney viscosity of 20-100, an elongation of 50 % or more and a tensile stress of 0.05-0.5 MPa at an elongation of 50 %. Preferably the absorbent polymer is an acrylate-based crosslinked one; and the rubber free from sulfur is an acryl rubber. Preferably the surface area is increased by 30-200 % by unevenness compared with an even surface.
