GAUGE EQUIPMENT FOR STORING DENTAL ROOT CANAL SHAPING INSTRUMENT AND SETTING WORKING LENGTH THEREOF

PURPOSE: A gauge equipment for storing a dental root canal shaping instrument and setting a working length thereof is provided to help a user to work without bending down, to rapidly and exactly set the working length of a dental file by using a variable gauge groove with more accuracy, and to sanitarily store the dental file. CONSTITUTION: The gauge equipment includes; a body(100), which has an upper surface(110), inclined at a determined angle to a lower surface, plural fixing gauge grooves(120a,120b), arranged at a regular interval on the upper surface(110) and extended from the higher lateral side to the inside of the upper surface(110) so as to set the working length of a root canal shaping instrument, a variable gauge groove(130), extended from the lateral side to the inside, and a disinfectant container(112) having a determined depth inside the upper surface(110); and a cover(200), arranged over the disinfectant container(112) and having plural penetration holes(220a,220b) to be inserted by a needle of the root canal shaping instrument.
