PURPOSE: A charging adjustment and dust collecting apparatus for coke bin charging system is provided to prevent environmental pollution and smoothly perform overall charging operation of coke into bins by continuously performing the charging operation of coke into the bins and collecting dust of coke injected and dropped into coke injection duct. CONSTITUTION: In a coke bin charging system comprising a coke injection duct(120), and a tripper car(140) equipped with a belt conveyor(150) to charge coke (C) into main bins(100), the charging adjustment and dust collecting apparatus(1) for the coke bin charging system comprises a preliminary bin injection duct(20) which is installed at one side of a lower part of the coke injection duct in such a way that the preliminary bin injection duct is integrally connected to the coke injection duct, and on a lower part of which an injection belt conveyor(22) of a preliminary bin(10) installed at one side of the main bins is arranged; a damper means(40) rotationally installed inside an upper part of the coke injection duct to adjust charging of coke into the main bins and the preliminary bin; a dust collection space generating means installed at the damper means to form a dust collection space during dropping of coke; and a dust collection means installed on the coke injection duct to collect dust with being connected to the damper means during formation of the dust collection space in the damper means.
