LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHIC CHIRAL CROWN ETHER-BASED STATIONARY PHASES WITH NOVEL DOUBLE TETHERING GROUPS AND THE CHIRAL COLUMNS PACKED WITH THE SAME

PURPOSE: Liquid chromatographic chiral crown ether-based stationary phases with double tethering groups and chiral columns packed with the same are provided, thereby inhibiting damage of a bond between chiral selecting agents and silica gel under stringent condition such as pH 2, so that shelf life of the chiral stationary phases can be significantly improved. CONSTITUTION: The aminoalkyl silica gel with double tethering groups is provided. The chiral column packed with the aminoalkyl silica gel is provided. The chiral stationary phase is prepared by reacting optically active (18-crown-6)-2,3,11,12-tetracarboxylic acid ((2R, 3R, 11R, 12R)- 1,4,7,10,13,16-hexaoxacyclooctadecane-2,3,11,12-tetracarboxylic acid) anhydrous with aminoalkyl silica gel having double tethering groups. The chiral stationary phase which is prepared by reacting optically active (18-crown-6)-2,3,11,12-tetracarboxylic acid ((2R, 3R, 11S, 12S)- 1,4,7,10,13,16-hexaoxacyclooctadecane-2,3,11,12-tetracarboxylic acid) anhydrous with aminoalkyl silica gel having double tethering groups is provided.
