PURPOSE: A knife-proof panel is provided to facilitate deformation according to user's figure and movement and to improve wearing comfort by lightening the weight. CONSTITUTION: A knife-proof panel(A) comprises a cover(1), a rear cover(5), buffer layers(2a,2b) situated up and down each near the cover and the rear cover, and a metal plate(3) situated near the buffer layers. The metal plate comprises plural pieces(10) integrally combined with each other by overlap. A protrusion part having a fitting part is arranged to the middle of the piece. A boring part having a fixing part to the lower middle part is formed to the piece and the fitting part formed to another piece is combined to the boring part.
