PURPOSE: A relic guide service system using a wireless terminal is provided to detect a current position while communicating with a tag through an infrared receiving module in a wireless terminal, and to deliver the detected position information and tour guide request information to a tour guide server, thereby receiving realistic on-the-spot contents without a tour guide. CONSTITUTION: A resolver server(12) is used for tour guide. A position information server(14) prepares map image information to display a detected current position and tour guide information. A contents converter(150) converts PC-based contents according to a portable complicated terminal environment. A contents DB(200) stores different tag information and guide information corresponding to the tag information. A wireless terminal(300) comprises as follows. A tag transceiving processor(312) wirelessly transmits set tag information. A tag guide unit(314) receives the tag information to analyze the tag information, and induces exhibit guide information to be received. A guide controller(316) automatically selects guide information to reproduce the information.
