PURPOSE: A swap filtering device of a strip grinder duct-collection equipment is provided to prevent swaps from being stuck on an ionizer of the duct-collection equipment and to restrict a fire in a grinding cabin by filtering and removing fine swaps contained in oil mist before the oil mist is inserted to the ionizer. CONSTITUTION: In a duct-collection equipment of a strip grinder for sucking in and removing oil mist in a grinding cabin(1), a swap filtering device is composed of a collecting housing(2), a swap separating unit(20), first and second swap discharging pipes(9,11), and a swap discharging unit(40). The collecting housing is connected and installed to the lateral side of the grinding cabin. The swap separating unit comprises a plurality of filter screens arranged in the collecting housing in the direction of discharging the oil mist; an air nozzle for injecting the high-pressure air to the filter screens; and a vibrating unit for applying periodical shock on the filter screens, and separates and removes fine swaps contained in the oil mist. The first and second swap discharging pipes are connected and installed to the lower part of the collecting housing. The swap discharging unit comprises first and second cut-off plates disposed in the first swap discharging pipe along the direction of dropping the swap; first and second cylinders for opening and closing the first and second cut-off plates; an oil separating unit positioned at the lower end of the first swap discharging pipe; and a third cylinder for lifting up and down the oil separating unit, and discharges out the swaps that drop from the swap separating unit.
