PURPOSE: A method for continuously preparing an elastomer modified thermoplastic material, a mixing reactor for processing a thermoplastic material, a molding composition prepared by the method and a molded product containing the composition are provided, to reduce the generation of fine powder, to increase the treating amount and to reduce the amount of residual monomers. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of obtaining a graft elastomer (D) containing a graft phase (A) and having residual moisture content of 1-50 wt%; melting the graft elastomer (D) and a thermoplastic resin (B) and introducing the molten graft elastomer (D) and the molten thermoplastic resin (B) through at least one inflow hole of a mixing reactor operated under the condition for removing an organic volatile component; and collecting the molten mixture comprising a graft phase (A), a graft elastomer (D) and a thermoplastic resin (A). The reactor is provided with a housing having surface; a plurality of mixing bars which carry out mixing and transfer some of the molten mixture towards the inflow hole of the reactor; and a discharge band.
