Purpose: the transmission power that a temperature measuring set is used to compensate a multi mode terminal is arranged to ensure that a temperature of latter terminal of the suitable output in precise measurement by effectively compensating for transmission power. Construction: a mode switch (SW) is selectively connectable with the one-to-one strip antenna of (power amplifier module) (10,20) PAM according to a mode of a terminal. Temperature sensing device (40,41) respectively place by adjacent PAM (10,20). The output of temperature sensor of one temperature sensor switch (TSW) with mode switch (SW) by interworking according to the model selection of terminal near PAM operations. One digital-analog convertor (50) provides the output of the temperature sensor selected by the temperature sensor switch (TSW) of terminal.
