PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing reversion of an image in a mobile communication terminal is provided to automatically reverse an inversed image by a signal sensed according to rotation of a camera module. CONSTITUTION: A camera module(100) has an input lens part to which an image of an external subject is inputted. Hinge shafts(110) are installed at both sides of the camera module(100). Hinge receiving bodies(200) are provided to mount the hinge shafts(110) for rotating the camera module(100). A sensing element is installed at the hinge shafts(110) and the hinge receiving bodies(200) for sensing rotation of the camera module(100) and generating a sensing signal. If the sensing signal is located in an image reversion interval, a control part, printed circuit board controls to reverse the image inputted to the camera module(100).
