PURPOSE: A double entry bookkeeping system without debtor and creditor side for simplified bookkeeping and designed for small businesses is provided to enable even a proprietor of a small business who is inexperienced in double entry bookkeeping to accurately and easily perform the double entry bookkeeping in an easy, self-contained manner, thereby keeping accurate records of the business profit and loss for the fiscal year. CONSTITUTION: The double entry bookkeeping system comprises: income and expenditure entry form containing various columns, including date, client, income details and amount, expenditure details and amount, balance, credit sales, and credit purchase; a daily trial balance entry form for earnings and cost; and a daily trial balance entry form debt and credit.
