PURPOSE: A slope stabilizing method and a slope reinforcing structure are provided to stabilize the slope, to secure the recycling of waste tires, and accordingly to cut down the construction cost. CONSTITUTION: A slope stabilizing method is composed of steps for separating bead wires(5) from waste tires by cutting bead units of the waste tires; binding plurally the separated bead wires at the constant length; mounting the side of the bound bead wire to a pin combined at a hole of blocks(9,9a) installed in the front side of a slope(15); and banking the upside of the mounted bead wire and between the block and the slope with soil(17). In the binding step, the bead wires are bound to each other by passing and hanging one closed-loop bead wire through another bead wire and then passing the penetrated side of the bead wire through the other side.
