摘要

PURPOSE: A screen mat for removing clog using air pressure is provided, which is capable of automatically removing cokes that clog rectangular holes formed in the screen mat by adjusting sizes of the rectangular holes, and which improves work efficiency by screening cokes according to the condition of a blast furnace and selectively inputting the cokes into the blast furnace according to the particle size. CONSTITUTION: The screen mat(30) comprises: a hexahedral main body(22); a meshed air bag supporter(16) fixed in the main body(22); rectangular holes(22-1) formed in the air bag supporter(16); urethane rubber incorporating a durable iron core, having a hollow conforming to an air bag formed in its central portion, and installed to be flexibly contract and expand between the air bag supporter(16) and the rectangular holes(22-1); and an air inhaling/exhaling section having a pair of rubber tubes(14-1,15-1), air pressure charging and discharging valves(13,14), and a pressure gauge(15) installed at one end of the rubber tube(15-1).
