PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a dehydrating tub coupler for a double tub-type washing machine is provided to enhance shock resistance and accuracy in the size by manufacturing the dehydrating tub coupler by a progressive method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a dehydrating tub coupler for a double tub-type washing machine comprises a marking process of forming through holes and incision holes to predetermined positions of a material and setting up a reference position of a shaft connection part-formation part; a piercing process of cutting an excess part according to the reference position set through the marking process; a drawing process of forming the shaft connection part-formation part from a machined surface; a blanking process of cutting a circular support plate having incision grooves to the outer peripheral surface at uniform intervals from the material the drawing process of which is completed; a through-hole formation process of forming through holes at predetermined positions of the circular support plate; a burring process of forming a shaft insertion hole for inserting a shaft in the center of a shaft connection part from the circular support plate; and a shaft-forcible insertion process of inserting the shaft into the shaft insertion hole of the shaft connection part.
