PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly anti-sticking agent of magnesium stearate for a rubber sheet is provided to improve dispersibility and dryability by using magnesium stearate, surface active agent and antifoaming agent instead of a heavy metal. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly anti-sticking agent for a rubber sheet is composed of 20 to 50 wt.% of magnesium stearate, 0.1 to 5 wt.% of a surface active agent used as a dispersant, 0.1 to 5 wt.% of cellulose compound, and 0.01 to 3 wt.% of silicon antifoaming agent. The anti-sticking agent is diluted with water by 5 to 10 times. The surface active agent includes a non-ionic surface active agent, a cationoid surface active agent, and anionoid surface active agent.
