SHREDDER FOR LIVING WASTE ARTICLES ENABLING WASTE ARTICLES TO BE SIMULTANEOUSLY PRESSED AND CUT BY PROCESSING AN OUTERMOST PORTION OF A SPIRAL SCREW BY CUTTING BLADES

摘要

PURPOSE: A screw-type shredder for living waste articles is provided to allow waste articles to be simultaneously pressed and cut by processing an outermost portion of a spiral screw by cutting blades and providing additional cutting blades radially disposed at a front-cover of an outlet of the waste articles, thereby improving waste treatment efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The screw-typed shredder comprises: a power generator(11); a decelerator(12) for controlling a rotation speed of the power generator(11); a hopper(13) through which waste articles are input; a couple of screws axially coupled to the decelerator(12) for rotation and each having an outermost portion processed into cutting blades; a front-cover(16) connected with a rotation axis of each screw to form to an outlet through which the waste materials are discharged; and a plurality of cutting blades arranged in a radial direction with respect to the outlet.
