KEY LOCK-MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR TRUNK LID, FOR FIXING MOUNTING POSITION OF KEY LOCK BY FORMING MOVEMENT PREVENTING SILL AT KEY LOCK

PURPOSE: A key lock-mounting structure for a trunk lid is provided to exactly mount a key lock in a right position and to prevent the key lock from being biased to one side or a trunk garnish from coming off in fitting the key lock into a mounting hole of the trunk garnish by restricting vertical and horizontal movements of the key lock inserted into a key hole. CONSTITUTION: A fixing slot(13) and a key hole(11) with the predetermined gap are formed on an outer panel(10) of a trunk lid, respectively. A key lock(20) inserted from the outside of the outer panel is fitted and installed to the key hole. An extension piece is extended to the fixing slot and integrated with the key lock. A bolt hole(24) positioned on the fixing slot is formed at the end of the extension piece. The key lock is mounted at the outer panel of the trunk lid by inserting and combining the fixing bolt through the bolt hole to the fixing slot. A movement preventing sill(26) for filling up a space between the outer panel formed with the key hole and the key lock inserted to the key hole is disposed at the key lock.
