PURPOSE: A clock having a time count function is provided to utilize efficiently a predetermined period of time by counting a period of time from a constant time point to a target time point. CONSTITUTION: A time setup unit(150) sets up a target time, a reference time of the target time, and a present time. A time counter(170) is used for counting a time interval between the reference time and the target time according to time units. A memory(140) is used for storing software necessary for a calculation process. A display(110) is used for displaying the target time, the present time, and the passed time. A controller(160) is used for performing a control operation to display the present time, the target time, and the passed time.
