PURPOSE: An open joint-type outer wall panel is provided to facilitate construction, to reduce a term of works and construction expenses, and to maintain a fine exterior view of a building. CONSTITUTION: An open joint-type outer wall panel(10) is one unit comprising a steel structure(100); an outer wall plate member(200) combined to the steel structure; and a thermal insulation member(300) formed between the steel structure and the outer wall plate member. The steel structure comprises plural vertical members(110) and horizontal members(120) forming a grid shape. The outer wall plate member is formed by plural finish plates of an open joint method.
