DEVICE FOR FIXING BUILDING EXTERIOR MEMBER, FOR PREVENTING DEW CONDENSATION AND WATER LEAKAGE CAUSED BY CONTAMINATION AND AGING OF SEALANT, AND IMPROVING REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE EFFICIENCY

PURPOSE: A device for fixing a building exterior member is provided to maximize the exterior value of a high-storied building by fundamentally preventing contamination of the building exterior member, to facilitate maintenance and replacement, and to effectively cope with dynamic load and static load given to the building exterior member. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing a building exterior member(110) comprises a structural sealant(120) arranged on the rear of the building exterior member of the same material as a stone; concealed fixing units(140) successively installed in the horizontal direction to support and fix the building exterior member; fixing fasteners(160) attached to the structural sealant of the rear of the building exterior member; and a connecting metal unit combined to a structure by a combining bolt. Fixing unit-combining holes(111) are formed in the rear of the building exterior member and one end of the concealed fixing unit is inserted in the fixing unit-combining hole. A slide-type combining groove(170) is formed to the lower part of the fixing fastener and a screw(141) is formed to the other end of the concealed fixing unit. The fixing fastener combines and fixes the concealed fixing unit to which the building exterior member is fixed, by a combining nut(150). In the connecting metal unit, combining pieces are formed on the sides, to be inserted and fixed in the slide-type combining grooves of the fixing fastener. A bolt-piercing hole is formed to a side of the connecting metal unit.
