PURPOSE: A laminated type heat exchanger maintaining a uniform refrigerant flow is provided to improve the heat transfer performance of a heat exchanger by equalizing a refrigerant amount distributed to a plurality of path container parts from tank parts. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of tube elements(22,24) formed by bonding a pair of formation plates are laminated on both sides of fins. Path container parts(42) are formed at the formation plates to form a refrigerant path inside. Tank container parts(52) form tank parts for collecting and flowing the refrigerant. Each tank container part has a welded part(52b) to be welded to the tank container part of the adjacent tube element. A communication hole(52a) is formed at the welded part to be communicated with the adjacent tank container part. Refrigerant flow guides(60) are slantly formed in at least one of the tank container parts to induce the refrigerant in the direction toward the tank container parts.
