PURPOSE: A balance air motor is provided to generate great energy without discharging compressed air by injecting the compressed air only one time and to obtain clean energy permanently without air pollution. CONSTITUTION: A balance air motor prevents leakage of the compressed air by favorably keeping an airtight state of a joining unit of a cylinder and air pockets(1',1") formed at a rotary body by inserting the rotary body in the cylinder and a joining unit of balances(2,3) and eccentric plates(6',6"). The balance with the area ratio of one to two is installed to the eccentric plate at the lower end of the air pockets connected and disposed to upper and lower parts of a rotary shaft(7). When the compressed air is injected through an air injection port, pressure applied on one eccentric plate weakens to the area of one balance and the pressure applied on the other side is increased. The pressure of the sum of the upper and lower balances is concentrated on one eccentric plate. The two balances have different power and keep equilibrium by a theory of a lever by difference between the balances. The power of one balance acts on a center power point(C) of the rotary shaft, on the contrary, the power is compensated by the other balance and not applied on the rotary shaft. Great pressure applied on the eccentric plate rotates the rotary shaft and generates energy. The amount of energy is changed by the pressure acting on the upper and lower balances. The energy is increased if the area of the balance is large and the pressure of the compressed air is increased.
