ELASTIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL CONTAINING ELASTIC FIBER BETWEEN FIBER TEXTILE AND NON-WOVEN FABRIC, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: Elastic composite material contains elastic fiber extended parallel between at least one fiber textile and non-woven fabric. The elastic composite material is superior to a fusion adhering type or an adhesive bonding type elastic non-woven fabric filament laminated material. Flexibility and texture of the elastic composite material are similar to properties of stitch bond products containing non-woven fabric as a carrier. The elastic composite material is useful for sanitary products and a diaper. CONSTITUTION: Elastic composite material is obtained by the steps of: (a) preparing at least one non-woven fabric containing an additional fiber textile; adhering the non-woven fabric to elastic filaments extended parallel between the non-woven fabric and the fiber textile; and then (b) fusing the elastic filaments using heat, pressure of a calender and ultrasonic waves, and sinking the extended elastic filaments on a fusion position between the non-woven fabric and the fiber textile.
