PURPOSE: A preparation of conductive auxiliary containing high purified KCl, which is induced from neutral waste liquid occurring and utilizing Zn-Ni plating waste liquid as ferrite source, is provided to maintain 0.025 of NH4/(K+NH4) in amounts of NH4¬+ and K¬+ and 1ppm or less in amounts of heavy metals, and give the thus-obtained various economical benefits as well. CONSTITUTION: A preparation is comprised of the following steps. First, Zn-Ni plating waste liquid is added to neutral waste liquid containing an alkaline NH4Cl and KCl to satisfy 0.025 of NH4/(K+NH4) as Zn-Ni ferrite source and meet the ranges to be saturated KCl concentration or less in temperatures of the waste liquid. After the added low purified KCl is fully dissolved, any metal slurry impurities formed as being added with KCl are also removed. The high purified alkaline neutral filtration obtained thereby is added by chloric acid to control pH 6 to 8 thereof. Thereafter, the resultant is vaporized, concentrated or crystallized to give the mixed powder of KCl and NH4Cl.
