The traffic information collecting apparatus generates collected traffic information(CTI) by collecting, analyzing and processing traffic information related data related to a road where a vehicle travels and the vehicle. The collected traffic information is transmitted to the traffic information control center through a network(120). The network can be a PCS network, a cellular network, a digital data communication network, an internet and a TRS network.
