PURPOSE: A water-saving device of a wall-mounted faucet having a fixing member is provided to remove the inconvenience in the long-time use of a water-saving device by making a water path maintained open and blocking the water path when a faucet is repeatedly pressurized. CONSTITUTION: A foot-placing member(90) is prepared on one end of a valve-operating member(80). A fixing member(81) bent many times and having a fixing recess is interferingly prepared at one lower face of the foot-placing member. A fixing protrusion(83) is placed in the fixing recess with response to the rotation of the fixing member. An elastic member(84) is prepared at one side of the valve-operating member and the fixing member to make the fixing member automatically return to its original position after the fixing recess departs from the fixing protrusion. If the pressure on the foot-placing member is removed, the valve-operating member rotates backwardly by the elastic member. Then, the fixing protrusion is placed in the fixing recess, and one end of the fixing member performs the function of a support.
