Process and frame for substituting steel girder of a railway bridge for concrete slab

PURPOSE: A method for replacing a steel railroad bridge with a slab bridge and its construction structure are provided to reduce a construction period, to solve construction problems caused by obstacles under the bridge, and to prevent the generation of vibration load during placing and curing of slab. CONSTITUTION: The method for replacing a steel railroad bridge with a slab bridge comprises the steps of; installing a hydraulic jack bracket(10) on a pier; installing a first hydraulic jack(20) on the bracket with containing or not containing a length compensating member(21); installing a second girder(30) on the first hydraulic jack; installing a steel bridge tie(40) on the bottom of a rail(100) between wood ties(200); leveling the steel tie with the first hydraulic jack to make the tie load support point of the rail; checking a condition of the rail; removing an existing girder(300); installing a mold form over a lattice type aerial staging(60), and placing/curing a slab; filling gravels between the slab and the wood ties; and separating the bracket, the compensating member, the hydraulic jack, the second girder, the steel tie, the aerial staging and so on to move them for performing a next step.
