PURPOSE: A sanction method of an electronic commerce system is provided for easily paying bill between a seller and a buyer based on a reliability. CONSTITUTION: A bill paying method includes an electronic commerce transaction web site(1) and a bill paying system(2). A buyer(3) and a seller(4) are connected with the electronic commerce transaction web site(1) and the bill paying system(2) through an internet. The electronic commerce transaction web site(1) and the bill paying system(2) are connected each other through the internet. In Figure 1, the electronic commerce transaction web site(1) and the bill paying system(2) are separately formed. At this time, the bill paying system(2) may be installed in the electronic commerce transaction web site(1).
