REGIN WITH WOOD UNIFIED CUP AND MANUFACTURED METHOD THEREFORE

PURPOSE: A wood-unified plastic cup is provided to improve the exterior view and to keep warm or cold by combining an internal cup made of plastics with an external cup made of wood at low cost. CONSTITUTION: The cup comprises an internal cup(1) made of plastics for containing contents having a uniform as a separated state of the internal and the external materials; and an external cup(6) made of wood for containing the internal cup(1) and keeping the heat or the cold of the contents inside the cup(1). A material of the transparent plastics is polyethylene terephthalate resin(PET). A method of the wood-unified plastic cup comprises the steps of: forming a pre-form as a preliminary formed product by using non-strengthening PET; forming the internal cup(1) by placing the pre-form in a blow metal mold and using an injection blow forming method; and combining the external cup(6) with the internal cup(1).
