PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a food product by using radish, garlic, chili pepper, ginger, malt, Safflower seeds, gingko nuts, unrefined salts. Therefore, the food product has detoxication activity, and improves metabolism in a body. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: saccharifying malt, roasted Safflower powder and boiled glutinous rice or millet; mixing ginger juice with 400g of chili pepper powder then leaving the mixture for 24 hours; steaming and drying the mixture; cutting 6kg of radish; dewatering and blending them with 3kg of garlic and boiled gingko nuts in a blender; mixing the blend with the saccharified malt and 400g of chili pepper powder then boiling the mixture; and seasoning it.
