VALIDATION METHOD OF SINGLE OR MIXED DYE SOLUTION COMPRISING SINGLE OR MIXED DYE

PURPOSE: A method for checking and correcting density of dyeing solution is provided to minimize a color difference by correcting density of dyeing solution if a mixing ratio of dyes is different from an order. CONSTITUTION: Light transmits through a dip probe having optical fiber therein. A light absorption degree of single dying solution and mixed dyeing solution is obtained based on a wavelength of light transmitting through the dip probe. Then, the light absorption degrees of single dying solution and mixed dyeing solution are analyzed so as to calculate density of total dyes and each dye included in single dyeing solution and mixed dyeing solution(4). Then, a density difference is obtained by comparing the calculated density with an order(5,7). After that, an amount of dyes or water to be added to the mixed dyeing solution or single dyeing solution is obtained and displayed on a monitor(6).
