METHOD TO INSTITUTE RESOLUTION OF DYNAMIC PICTURE IMAGE

PURPOSE: A method for setting a moving picture resolution is provided to continuously transmit the moving picture to be displayed to a user by controlling the resolution of the picture in proportional to a transmitting speed. CONSTITUTION: A method for setting a moving picture resolution includes the steps of: requesting(ST1) a sample data from a base station by a terminal; transmitting(ST2) the sample data to the terminal by the base station; analyzing(ST3) the data transmitting speed by the terminal; transmitting(ST4) the transmitting speed analyzed by the base station by the terminal; determining(ST5) the resolution of the moving picture corresponding the transmitting speed by the base station; and transferring(ST6) the moving picture with the set resolution by the base station.
