CONFIGURATION SEARCH METHOD USING MUTUAL SIMILARITY BETWEEN ADJACENT REGIONS

PURPOSE: A configuration search method using mutual similarity between adjacent regions is provided to perform high-speed recognition by reducing a search time when extracting configuration. CONSTITUTION: A search window(22) with a size same with a set configuration template is successively moved in a predetermined direction from a specific start point isolated from the most left upper point by at least two steps, and the first similarity search of sub-images in which similarity with the configuration template is high is performed. If the similarity of the sub-images is higher than a set value, the search window(22) is moved in a set direction from each point of the first similarity search by each one step, and the second similarity search is performed.
