PURPOSE: A method for removing nutrient salt in wastewater by separation of an anaerobic tank and an aerobic tank and separate feeding of influent water is provided, which cultivates separately and independently microorganism of an anaerobic tank and microorganism of a denitrification tank and so can shorten treatment time of the whole system. The method can also shorten transformation time of enzyme of microorganism due to environment, thereby increasing treatment yield. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a vertical anaerobic tank (10) in which an agitator is installed for receiving raw water and recycled sludge and for discharging to an aeration tank (30); (ii) a denitrification tank (20) that is set parallel to the anaerobic tank (10) for receiving raw water and internally recycled sludge and for discharging to the aeration tank (30); (iii) a settling tank (40); and (iv) a microorganism separation tank (50).
