Apparatus for real-time sampling and separate storing numerous liquid samples from flow lines automatically by gravity

PURPOSE: A sample preservation apparatus is provided to reduce time and cost consumed for sampling, by automating the sampling procedure and preserving the sample independently, while improving durability of sampling equipment and significantly reducing erroneous operation. CONSTITUTION: A sample preservation apparatus comprises a sample injection tube(10), a sample conveying pump(20), a quantitative extractor distributor(40), an open/shut-off valve and multi-circuit rotating valve(50), a single direction sample storage container(61), a sample preservation box(60), an electrical control unit(70), and a signal recording processing unit. The open/shut-off valve and multi-circuit rotating valve is connected to the quantitative extractor distributor and a branch tube, respectively, and connected to an injection port of the sample preservation box. The quantitative amount of sample is transferred to the sample storage container through the quantitative extractor distributor, by the simple operation of the open/shut-off valve performed in accordance with the electrical signal.
