PURPOSE: A CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)-SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) trap server is provided to perform an efficient network device integration management under a distribution environment by implementing the COBRA-SNMP trap server. CONSTITUTION: An SNMP agent(10) manages a state and record of a device, collects and manages faults of a system and produces a fault massage when the faults occurs. An SNMP trap server(20) allocates data from the fault message received from the SNMP agent(10) through the SNMP to a CORBA object method or parameters defined as an IDL(Interface Definition Language). A user interface(30) outputs the fault message received through the SNMP trap server(20) through a CORBA interface as a real time graphic type.
