PURPOSE: A constant-temperature and dehumidification-adjusting device of a control board is provided to prevent abnormal operation and a failure of the control board by installing a constant-temperature and dehumidification unit to an electronic controller or a repeater and adjusting the internal temperature and humidity according to a change of external surroundings. CONSTITUTION: A constant-temperature and dehumidification-adjusting device of a control board(100) comprises a case having a first heat exchange chamber(11) exchanging heat with internal air, and a second heat exchange chamber(12) exchanging heat with external air; a constant-temperature and dehumidification unit(20) including a partition(13) formed between the first and second heat exchange chambers and heating or cooling the inside by exchanging heat with the internal and external air while alternatively generating heat and absorbing heat; a temperature sensor(60) and a humidity sensor(70) formed to the constant-temperature and dehumidification unit to sense the internal temperature and humidity of the control board; a drain tray(30) formed to the lower part, to discharge moisture generated during the generation and absorption of heat, to the outside; a control part(40) formed to the front of the case, to set up and control the temperature and humidity of the constant-temperature and dehumidification unit; and a display part(50) displaying the temperature and humidity set by the control part, and the internal temperature and the humidity.
