PURPOSE: A device for automatically attaching a sheet of a paper tube for an adhesive tape is provided to automatically attach a sheet to a paper tube, to conveniently supply paper tubes one by one to an attaching unit, and to easily cut the sheet attached to a paper tube. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically attaching a sheet of a paper tube for an adhesive tape comprises a supply unit(100) and an attaching unit(200). The supply unit comprises a receiving unit for receiving many paper tubes, a guide unit for aligning paper tubes, and a first transferring unit having many idle rollers and a punching cylinder and freely rotating toward the front lower portion of the guide unit. The attaching unit comprises a second transferring unit having many drive rollers, an adhesive pasting unit having a paste roller of which one end is dipped in an adhesive container, and a sheet supply unit for supplying a sheet to a pasting part.
