PURPOSE: A static load testing device of a pile using a floating sand compaction pile construction plant and a method thereof are provided to reduce the measuring period and to improve the working efficiency by measuring the position, moving easily and testing the static load quickly. CONSTITUTION: A static load testing device(100) of a pile is composed of installation members(111,111a) combined with the inside of casing of a floating sand compaction pile construction plant by welding; a loading body(110) combined between the installation members; a hydraulic member(130) installed in the lower center of the loading body; and a compression member(140) placed in the lower part of the hydraulic member and moved up and down by operating the hydraulic member. Reinforcing members(120,120a) are mounted diagonally in the upper part of the loading body.
